A drawing salve is a topical ointment that is used to “draw out” foreign objects in the skin. It has been used for many years on splinters, boils, small pieces of glass or cactus stickers. Pine Tar has been known to be antipruritic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antifungal. These properties make it suitable for topical treatment of eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis and other dry, itchy or inflamed skin. It has a deep, rich, smoky campfire-like scent that can be very pungent.

Ingredients: Herbal Infused Olive Oil, Pine Tar, Beeswax, Castor Oil, Activated Charcoal, Bentonite Clay, Frankincense & Myrrh Resin, Calendula Flower

How to use: Scrap a dime sized amount with the back of your fingernail, massage into desired area. To help “draw out” objects or toxins, put salve on skin and cover overnight with a bandage.

We use only high-quality medicinal grade, Pine Tar. Made in a closed kiln. One of the only pine tars readily available that is rated as skin safe.
